How to Transfer Your Utah Real Estate License
Step 1 — Submit Your Transfer

Visit Utah MyLicense One and sign in with your UtahID.

Click on “Dashboard” then “Division of Real Estate”

Click the “Real Estate” icon, then select "Manage a License"

Click on the three horizontal dots (•••) next to your license.

Select "Affiliation Change" and follow the prompts.

Add the new brokerage information:

Brokerage: eCore Premier, LLC (Referral Branch)
-
License Number: 12231910-BO00
-

Follow the prompts and click "Finish".
Step 2 — Broker Approvals

eCore Premier accepts your transfer request.

Your current broker releases your license.
Step 3 — Verify Your Transfer
Confirm your new affiliation through Utah License Verification.
Cost: No state fee for a standard active-license transfer.
Time: Transfers may be completed within minutes once both brokers approve. System updates may take 1–2 business days.
